Telfer comprises the Main Dome and West Dome open pits and the Telfer underground mine. GroundProbe Slope Stability Radars (SSR) are the primary monitoring tool at Telfer open pit mine for managing slope instability risk to personnel and equipment in a steep, brittle, hard rock environment.
