The Falcon Bolt aims to deliver several key innovations including reduced installation time, pre-tension during installation and high dynamic capacity. This paper will present the results of comprehensive testing and demonstrate how a datadriven iterative process was implemented to refine the Falcon Bolt’s performance characteristics. Testing methods include static pull testing, independent dynamic testing at Canmet and in situ installation verification.
